Our client with offices in London, New York, Miami, Singappore aand Dubai are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for their City of London office, helping to support the Crreative and Design team.

The Role:
The Digital Marketing Co-ordinator supports the Creative/Digital team to execute the group digital marketing strategy targeting both B2B and B2C markets. Ensure implementation of key marketing activities are in place and contribute to the introduction and support of new innovative methods and ways of working in order to maximise the effectiveness of our marketing communications.
Key responsibilities:
 Work closely with the Creative/Digital team in the implementation of marketing strategies and brand activity plans.
 Manage multiple websites with strong experience of content management systems (ideally WordPress)
 Proof read content prior to publishing on the company websites and ensure the content is accurate, up to date and emitting the correct tone of voice in line with brand guidelines.
 Confident to brief third party agencies, by managing the delivery of projects in line with the business objectives and keeping up to date with digital innovations
 Day to day web analytics and social media reporting (non-campaign specific)
 Briefing and working with agencies on video development and editing
 Support the Marketing Campaign Executive with setting up email marketing campaigns
 Excellent communication skills to manage key stakeholder relationships with third party agency and internal departments.
 Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
 Support Head of Communications with publishing communications on social media channels
 Other administrative tasks e.g. coordinating printing, merchandise, stationery etc.

Person Specification:
Technical experience
 Marketing degree or other relevant experience
 Experience of Content Management Systems (ideally WordPress)
 HTML and Photoshop
Work experience:
 Previous experience of working in a digital marketing role
 Ideally experience in the Financial sector
Skills and attributions:
 Excellent communication skills and written English
 A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and proof reading
 Highly organised, excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of tasks
 Experience of managing digital communication channels including websites and social media
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
